New York Hockey Journal attended multiple prep hockey holiday showcases last weekend, beginning in Avon, Conn., with the 38th Annual Avon Old Farms Christmas Classic. Kent School won the tournament by defeating the host Avon in overtime.
Here is a look at fifteen players from the Tri-State area – New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut – who stood out in our viewings.
These players are notable area prospects who have the chance to advance in the hockey levels: juniors, college (primarily Division 1) and possibly pro if they continue on their current developmental trajectories.
