Seven players with ties to New York and New Jersey have made it to the 2021 Frozen Four. All seven of them play for Massachusetts.

Two of the players, redshirt senior forward Carson Gicewicz and third-string freshman netminder Henry Graham, will not be able to participate in Thursday's national semifinal against Minnesota-Duluth after they and two others were sidelined by COVID-19 protocols.

Of the four players forced to stay behind in Amherst, Mass., one positive test has been confirmed, per MassLive's Matt Vautour.
