After more than a year in the making, the Prep Hockey Conference is set to begin this fall, with puck drop on the league’s inaugural season set for Nov. 12.

The league, announced in mid-March, joins a long list of prep hockey conferences in the United States, most of which are based in and around New England. This conference, however, will be a bit different.

At its core, the PHC will feature an alliance of six elite hockey-based institutions from across the continent that will compete at the 18-U division.
