One week ago, the Prep Hockey Conference (PHC) hosted its inaugural league event at the Adelard Arena in Woonsocket, R.I., which is home to league competitor, Mount Saint Charles Academy. The event was every bit competitive as one could have hoped, with tightly contested battles occurring from start to finish. The league is loaded with talented players, many of whom will play high-level junior and Division I college hockey one day.

Amongst those players, there are also several prospects that NHL clubs will be keeping a close watch on for NHL Draft purposes. As it stands, there are seven players from the PHC listed by NHL Central Scouting as 2022 Watch List prospects. This doesn’t account for multiple other players who just as equally should earn some NHL attention, and on top of that, there are enough underaged talents in the league to keep pro scouts intrigued for 2023 and 2024.

We are going to look at 20 names from the PHC that could potentially be called in one of the next three NHL drafts.
