USA Hockey continues its postseason this weekend with the Tier 1 AYHL and USPHL tournaments. The USPHL event is being held at the Olympia Ice Center in West Springfield, Mass., and the AYHL is hosting its playoff at Ice Line in West Chester, Pa. New York Hockey Journal will attend both tournaments throughout the weekend.

The levels in the AYHL range from U-14 to U-18, and there are several teams with ties to the Tri-State area competing for titles. The North Jersey Avalanche is competing at Bantam, U-15, and U-16. The New York Saints will compete at the U-15 level. The New Jersey Colonials are participating in the U-16 division, and the New Jersey Titans and Elite Hockey Academy will play at the U-18 level.

The USPHL playoffs include the U-15, U-16, and U-18 levels. The Jersey Hitmen and PAL Islanders will compete at all three levels, while CP Dynamo made the cut for the U-16 and U-18 conferences. In addition, the Connecticut Jr. Rangers will play in the U-15 and U-16 divisions, while Woodbridge Wolfpack and Philadelphia Hockey Club will play for the U-15 championship.
