The prep hockey season concluded, with Kent School, Salisbury, and Pomfret all crowned champions. There were many positive storylines concerning New York region players competing throughout New England this season.
Dante Palombo (White Plains, N.Y.) and Jacob Kraft (Buffalo, N.Y.) were two of Kent’s best players throughout the season. At the same time, Austin McNicholas (Clarence Center, N.Y.) and Brown commit Ryan Walsh (Macedon, N.Y.) were at the forefront of Salisbury’s successful run.
Today we discuss the impacts of Palombo, Kraft, McNicholas, Walsh, and other prep players from the Tri-State area and how their performances boosted their stock nationally. The criteria for each player include successful seasons and projectable junior and college futures.
