Two seasons ago, when the Massachusetts hockey team fell to Minnesota-Duluth in the national title game, the first-ever in UMass' program's history, Bobby Trivigno wasn't even on the ice to absorb the taste of defeat.
Somehow, what he felt was even worse.
High above the ice, secluded up in the stands alongside his sister — former Boston College standout Dana Trivigno — Trivigno could do nothing but look on as the Bulldogs ran over his Minutemen, putting a one-game-short end to their most successful season to date.
