As it stands, there are eighteen rostered players in the Prep Hockey Conference (PHC) who are currently committed to NCAA Division I schools. St. Andrew’s College leads the way with seven committed players, while Shattuck sits one behind at six, followed by Mount Saint Charles at three and South Kent Selects Academy with two.
There is an impressive statistic hidden within the commitment numbers belonging to the PHC, and that is one-third of the logos sitting next to players’ names on the line charts belong to schools located in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
We are going to run through the list of players committed to Tri-State area schools and analyze what their commitment means to each program.
